1. Once the project commences (upon receipt of payment), cancelling the project (while in progress) will result in a 10% refund of the total project cost quoted. This policy does not apply to completed projects.

2. Upon project delivery, you have a 24-hour window from the time of delivery to review and address any issues. If any issues arise, I will resolve them at no additional cost. If there is no response from you within the 24 hours, the project will be considered completed and closed. However, if you later request changes, additional charges may apply and are subject to my availability.

3.Please ensure that all requirements are provided upfront before making payment, as I will follow the requirements submitted. However, if there are any last-minute changes to the requirements after payment, additional fees may apply.

4. The prices I quoted are only for the coding aspect, report writing is not included. If you need a report, please let me know beforehand as it will incur additional fees.

5. If you mistakenly send the wrong project materials (e.g. dataset, code template, etc.) after I've already started working on the project, there will be additional fees for making the necessary changes.

6. The outcome of a timed test cannot be guaranteed as it depends on various factors such as the marking scheme and evaluation method used, if the outcome it's a fail we will refund 60 percent of the price as we takes time to read and study your notes too.

7. The cost of additional charges may fluctuate as it is dependent on my current workload and the deadlines of other client projects.

8. If you require remote access assistance, there will be additional fees incurred.

9. If the code functions correctly on our end and we provide video proof, but it fails to work on the client's side and we cannot access it, it will be considered as a completed job as we have dedicated time to research and develop the code.

10. Our completed assignments serve as reference only due to school policies. We provide a learning experience similar to tuition, where our team demonstrates how to complete the questions and provides explanations to help students understand and solve them on their own.

11. Any refund made it might take up to 30 days to receive the refund due to the refund process. 

12. For any project involving UiPath, the same terms and conditions apply. If the owners of the website make updates that result in the UiPath code malfunctioning, we will not be held responsible, as these changes are beyond our control.

13. Please be informed that once an examination or timed assignment schedule has been definitively set, and a subsequent cancellation request is made, only 10 percent of the initial payment will be refunded. This policy is in place due to the allocation of our resources and time specifically for your appointment, which could potentially limit our capacity to accommodate other client requests.

14. We endeavor to achieve a grade of B plus for all assignments and projects; however, we cannot guarantee a specific grade due to varying marking schemes. We dedicate time to developing and researching the code, making refunds for suboptimal results unfeasible. In adherence to Singapore regulations, it is prohibited to assist students in cheating in any form that may impact their grades. Thus, we encourage students to utilize our services as a form of reference or tutoring to improve their skills and understanding of the subject matter.

15. Following a period of 24 hours after the delivery of the assignment, the proprietary rights to the code will be transferred, enabling its subsequent resale to other users.

16. If the coder has any doubts, they will promptly message you to seek clarification. In the event that the client does not respond within 2 hour, the coder will proceed based on the fixed requirements or what they believe to be appropriate. Following the delivery, any subsequent change requests from the client may incur additional charges.

17. Please be advised that when we state a particular code has been completed prior to your request, no aftersales services will be provided for that code. Consequently, should you encounter any issues with the delivered code and require assistance, an additional service charge will be levied for any help extended. We emphasize this to ensure full transparency in our service provision.

18. Refunds are issued exclusively in scenarios where we are unable to fulfill the assigned task, or if there is a delay in the delivery that has not received your prior approval.

19. The terms and conditions will be transmitted automatically to the client before initiating contact with us on WhatsApp/on carousell's product detail, with the understanding that engagement with us implies acceptance and compliance with all stated terms and conditions. Claims of not having seen or read the terms and conditions will not be deemed valid excuses. Moreover, it is agreed upon that we shall not be held responsible for any legal consequences arising from the client's actions, as all terms and conditions are explicitly stated on the relevant page.
